
Sony
 has launched a new mid-range smartphone, Xperia E4g Dual, in India 
priced at Rs 13,290. It is a variant of the Xperia E4 Dual budget 
smartphone launched last month for Rs 12,190.
This
 4G smartphone made its debut at the MWC 2015 and sports a 4.7-inch 
FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixels of resolution. Under the hood, it 
comes powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB 
RAM. The 8GB onboard storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card 
slot.
The
 smartphone runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. On the camera front, expect a 5MP
 rear snapper with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera.
The
 smartphone is fueled by a 2300mAh battery that promises up to 13 hours 
of talk time and 653 hours of standby time. The connectivity options 
include 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.
The
 smartphone will be available in black and white colours. The smartphone
 is listed on the company’s official website, but there is no official 
announcement for its availability.
